I’m an early-stage investor building a crypto social first-check fund.
I’ve been investing in crypto for the past three years, for the most part with the team at Cherry Crypto. I joined them the year the fund launched, in 2022. We ran a $30M first-check crypto fund where we backed companies like Morpho, Cowswap, Maple Finance and more. I left in late 2024, as the fund spun out from Cherry Ventures.
I started my investing career at Project A Ventures, a $1B AUM European seed stage fund that backed Trade Republic, 11x, WorldRemit, and many more. I worked mainly on our data infrastructure and financial infrastructure thesis. That’s where I built my conviction that blockchains were the future of how we move bits and value.
Before that, I was a researcher in the military branch of the CEA, the French DARPA equivalent that pursues high-risk high-impact tech bets.
My academic training is comprised mainly of mathematical logic and philosophy, which I studied at la Sorbonne for 6 years. I also spent the covid lockdown learning about statistics and programming at London Business School
